UK STANDARD DELIVERY
UK delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 once dispatched. We normally dispatch within 1 working day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after you place your order. Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you are not available to take delivery, Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or leave a card with details of how to collect or rearrange delivery.
Republic of Ireland
For peace of mind, Kilishi only offers trackable international delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after ordering, depending on your location.
EU AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION
For peace of mind, Kilishi only offers trackable international delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after ordering, depending on your location.
We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or bank holidays.
Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country, and we cannot predict what they may be.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains a pre-ordered item, your full order will be held until all items are available. If you would like available items sent separately, please contact customer services and we will do our best to help.
TERMS OF POSTAGE
Our standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, Kilishi will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.
If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Kilishi will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
All parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 2PM. You will not be eligible for a refund on the postage if you misread the wording on our shipping policy and your order was placed after the cut off time and dispatched on the next working day using the service paid for.
We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!
